Ingredients
- 6 cups pared sliced Apples
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 can Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 1 ½ cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup packed Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Spread apples in buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine sugar and Cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Unroll crescents; separate into rectangles. Place over apples. Rectangles need not completely cover apples. Combine sour cream and brown sugar; spread over dough. Bake at 375o for 40 to 45 minutes, until deep golden brown.
- Tip: 2 cans prepared apple pie filling may be substituted for fresh apples and sugar. Bake 45 to 50 minutes
