- 1 lb. Ground Meat
- 1 Pkt of bacon pieces
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 paprika
- Pepper to taste
- 2 10 1/2 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- Wide egg noodles
- Brown the meat with the bacon.
- Add onion, cook until not quite brown.
- Drain off excess grease.
- Add seasoning and stir in soup.
- Cook slowly, uncovered for 20 minutes stirring frequently
- Stir in the sour cream and heat but do not boil
- Serve over noodles
